Greetings IEEE CAS Society Members, Asia-Pacific, and Worldwide Community!
I am very excited to be this year’s General Chair for 2012 IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems (2012 APCCAS). I welcome your participation and hope you will come to Taiwan and join us during Dec. 2nd through 5th. 2012 APCCAS promises to be a special event with a strong technical program covering state of the art in the area of circuit design, bio-electronics, DSP, etc. Please refer to the CFP and our website for details. Particularly, we will provide insightful keynote speeches and strong tutorials in the power electronics, RF and mixed-signal circuit design, and so on. More advanced technical papers and demonstrations will be found in special sessions, including biomedical systems and prototypes. Last but not least, a panel discussion hosted by IEEE CAS Society President to introduce and promote CAS activities will be the high note of this conference in the last day.
Our organizing committee and many dedicated volunteers from NSYSU and other universities in Taiwan have also enhanced the 2012 APCCAS program with exciting new features that provide Taiwan’s international flavor, and more opportunities for you to get to know this island as well.
Being held this year at the Splendor Hotel in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, APCCAS will be a showcase of advanced technology and a platform for people to know each other from different countries and different research areas. I would like to send you my best wishes to see you here and have a great stay in Taiwan.
